Upon arrival, you can expect customs and immigration to take approximately an hour, but don’t worry—our drivers will wait for you until you’re ready to go. The airport is equipped with restaurants, banks, gift shops, free Wi-Fi, and clean restrooms, offering everything you need before or after your flight. For departures, we recommend arriving at least 1.5 hours early to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in process.

The time varies based on your destination. For example, a transfer to San Ignacio takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, while a ride to Dangriga or Hopkins Village may take around 2 to 2.5 hours. If you’re heading to Ambergris Caye, expect about 25 minutes to the water taxi terminal.

When should I arrive at the airport for my flight?

What if my flight is delayed?
